There are many things that you can do in
Temuka and the surrounding areas. Once you get tired of racing around grazing your knees, there are many sidewalk cafes to visit and enjoy a meal and a quiet drink at. Or visit the Richard Pearse Monument - the man who flew before the Wright brothers. And while you are in the area, you would be remiss to not visit the Temuka Homeware shop - Temuka after all world famous for its pottery and homeware - you have probably eaten off a Temuka dinner plate at some time in your life if you live in New Zealand.!
